This 18′ explanation is based on PMBOK 6th edition.

Why are we posting links to resources based on 6 now that PMBOK 7 is available? Though PMBOK 7 does address quality (in the “Delivery” performance domain), it does not treat quality itself as a performance domain. As a result, it does not organize quality constructs in one place, nor does it cross reference them to the performance domains. PMBOK 6 does organize quality constructs, processes, tools, and technique in one place, namely Knowledge Area 8.

In this video that information is generally well organized, and the slides are valuable. The speaker at times provides useful context and comments.

That said, since the talk either repeats the slides (which follow PMBOK 6 closely) or distracts from them, you may want to consider just reading the slides and turning the audio down (or off).
